What's the difference between Free and Pro?

Both Free and Pro include unlimited quizzes and unlimited responses. Pro additionally unlocks a higher AI and email quota, advanced AI models, Slack/Zapier/Webhook integrations, Google Analytics tracking, more team members, custom branding and domain, ad removal, and priority support. Does Pro come with a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial of Pro. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you won't be charged during it and can cancel anytime before it ends.

Will I be charged automatically after the trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After the trial ends, your subscription auto-renews on the billing cycle you selected (monthly or yearly). You can cancel anytime from Organization settings; access continues through the current period.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After canceling, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. All Pro features stay available during that time. We don't issue prorated refunds for the unused portion.

How do upgrades and billing-cycle changes work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrading from Free to Pro takes effect immediately. Switching from monthly to yearly prorates against the remaining period. Switching from yearly to monthly applies on the next renewal to avoid double-charging.

Question 6

Which payment methods are supported? How do I get an invoice?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Paddle and support Visa, Mastercard, and major local payment methods. Receipts and invoices are emailed to your registered address after each charge, and you can re-download them anytime from the Paddle customer portal.
