RooQuiz gives its Pro plan free of charge to registered nonprofits and public-interest organisations: charities, public schools and universities, health and medical nonprofits, environmental groups and community organisations. Sponsored teams get the full Pro feature set — custom domain, integrations, higher AI and email allowances, more team seats and data export — for twelve months, renewable each year after re-confirming nonprofit status. The only difference from a paid plan is that published quizzes keep a small "Made with RooQuiz" line at the bottom. Apply with your organisation's registration number and a public link that verifies your status; applications are reviewed weekly.

We'll email you before the year is up. Re-confirm your organisation is still active and we extend it — there is nothing to pay, ever.
