What's inside: 16 questions

  1. Think about the last time you needed your keys, wallet or phone before leaving. What happened?I grabbed them from their usual spot in seconds · I found them within a couple of minutes · I searched several rooms and left late · I was late or missed something because I couldn't find them
  2. Look at your kitchen counters and entryway right now. How much on them has no permanent home?Almost nothing; everything has a place · A few items, cleared within a day or two · A pile that regrows every week · Most surfaces are covered
  3. When did you last clear out a closet, drawer or storage area, and actually get rid of things? In the last 3 months · In the last year · More than a year ago · I can't remember ever doing it
  4. Think about last week. How many commitments did you double-book, forget or show up late to?None · One minor slip · Two or three · Four or more, or something important
  5. Where do your to-dos actually live? One trusted system I check daily · A system, but I only check it sometimes · Several places: notes, texts, sticky notes · Mostly in my head
  6. Look at your calendar for the coming week. How much of it is time you chose, rather than time other people claimed? Most of it; I protect time for my priorities · About half · A small share · Almost none; I react all day
  7. A bill, form or official letter arrives. What happens to it?Handled or filed the same week · It goes in a pile I clear monthly · It sits unopened for weeks · I've paid late fees or missed a deadline because of it
  8. You need an important document (passport, insurance, tax record) today. How long to put your hands on it?Under a minute · A few minutes · Maybe an hour of searching · I'm not sure I could find it at all
  9. How many unread emails are in your main inbox right now?Under 25 · 25 to 200 · 200 to 1,000 · More than 1,000
  10. Think about your last clean-up or reorganizing push. How long did the results last? It's still holding; I have a weekly reset · A month or two · A couple of weeks · Days; it was back to normal quickly
  11. When something new comes into your home or workflow (a purchase, a task, a paper), what do you do with it?Decide its place immediately · Set it aside and decide within a day · Drop it wherever there's space · It joins the pile
  12. How often do you do a quick weekly review of your space, calendar and to-dos?Every week, it's a habit · Most weeks · Rarely · Never; I only react to crises
  13. Which best describes you?I'm organizing my own life and home · I'm helping a family member or partner get organized · I'm a professional organizer or coach assessing a client · I manage a team or office and I'm assessing our shared space
  14. Who lives or works in the space you have in mind?Just me · Me and a partner · A family with kids at home · A shared office or team (5+ people)
  15. Household, team or client name (optional)
  16. If you could change one thing about how your life is organized, what would it be?

What it measures

Answers are scored across 4 dimensions. Each respondent gets a score for every one, shown side by side on a radar chart.

  • Home & Physical Space

  • Time & Calendar

  • Paperwork & Digital Admin

  • Systems & Habits

Result levels

The total score places each respondent in one of 4 levels, each with its own message on the result page.

  • Overwhelmed

    Score below 48

Things are running you. That is a systems gap, not a character flaw: one small system in your weakest area will change daily life faster than a weekend purge.

  • Keeping Up

    Score 48–72

You hold things together, but it takes constant effort and the same messes keep returning. Fix your lowest area and the rest gets easier.

  • Well Organized

    Score 72–96

Your basics are solid. What is left is consistency: a weekly reset that stops small slips from compounding.

  • Systems Master

    Score 96+

Your space, time and paperwork mostly run themselves. Pressure-test it: a big life change (move, baby, new job) is where systems get exposed.

How scoring works

There are no wrong answers: every option carries its own points. The points add up to an overall score — and, where the template defines dimensions, to a score for each one — so respondents get a personal breakdown instead of a pass or fail.
