  • Payment Processing (Paddle):We use Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes:
    • Payment information (credit card details, billing address)
    • Transaction data and purchase history
    • Tax identification information as required by law
    • Email address for receipts and transaction notifications
    Paddle processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at paddle.com/legal/privacy. Paddle may share necessary transaction data with us to fulfill your order and provide customer support.
  • Legal Requirements:We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.
  • AI アシスタントおよび MCP クライアント：Model Context Protocol を通じて AI クライアント（ChatGPT、Claude、Cursor など）をアカウントに接続した場合、これらのツールが返すデータ（クイズの内容、回答、リード、予約を含む）は当該プロバイダーに送信され、そのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。回答者の氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号は当社システムを離れる前にマスクされます。接続するかどうかはお客様が選択でき、「設定 → MCP」からいつでも取り消せます。
  • 連携先（Slack、Webhook、メール、Zapier、Kit）：「Connectors」でコネクタを有効にすると、そのコネクタに設定されたクイズのデータ（回答者の回答、氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、送信日時、レポートのリンク）が連携先に送信され、当該プロバイダーのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理されます。Slack や Kit に接続した場合は、ワークスペースまたはアカウントの識別子と、暗号化したアクセストークンも保存します（お客様に代わって送信するために使用します）。どのコネクタを有効にし、どのクイズを対象にするかはお客様が決定できます。コネクタを削除すると以降の送信はすべて停止し、保存された認証情報も削除されます。
  • Business Transfers:In connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition, your information may be transferred.
  • With Your Consent:We may share information with third parties when you give us permission.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
