  • Payment Processing (Paddle):We use Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record for payment processing. When you make a purchase, Paddle collects and processes:
    • Payment information (credit card details, billing address)

    • Tax identification information as required by law
    • Email address for receipts and transaction notifications
    Paddle processes this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy available at paddle.com/legal/privacy. Paddle may share necessary transaction data with us to fulfill your order and provide customer support.

  • AI 어시스턴트 및 MCP 클라이언트:Model Context Protocol을 통해 AI 클라이언트(ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor 등)를 계정에 연결하면 해당 도구가 반환하는 데이터(퀴즈 내용, 응답, 리드, 예약 포함)가 그 제공업체로 전송되어 해당 업체의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. 응답자의 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호는 당사 시스템을 벗어나기 전에 마스킹됩니다. 연결 여부는 사용자가 선택하며 '설정 → MCP'에서 언제든지 해지할 수 있습니다.
  • 연결된 전송 대상 (Slack, 웹훅, 이메일, Zapier, Kit):Connectors에서 커넥터를 활성화하면 해당 커넥터가 전송하도록 설정된 퀴즈 데이터(응답자의 답변, 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호, 제출 시각, 리포트 링크)가 해당 대상으로 전달되며 그 제공업체의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 처리됩니다. Slack 또는 Kit을 연결하면 워크스페이스 또는 계정 식별자와 암호화된 액세스 토큰도 저장하여 회원님을 대신해 전송하는 데 사용합니다. 어떤 커넥터를 활성화하고 어떤 퀴즈를 대상으로 할지는 회원님이 선택하며, 커넥터를 삭제하면 이후 전송이 모두 중단되고 저장된 자격 증명도 삭제됩니다.

  • With Your Consent:We may share information with third parties when you give us permission.
